This family owned local company has come through for me on so many occasions! They are so knowledgeable, honest, resourceful, and the only plumber you need. As someone on a tight budget with little time to spare, CRC quickly assessed complicated issues with my leak under my crawl space recently and helped resolve it quickly. I rarely ever write reviews but had to thank these guys and encourage others to try them. You won’t be disappointed!!

We wanted to share with everyone what a wonderful job Charles from CRC plumbing did for our family. We had a slab leak so we called, what we thought was a family-owned Leak Detention Company (not CRC), and they came out and told us they needed to cut a 3 ft X 2 ft hole in our tiled shower and there might be more cutting once they start the job. They gave us a bid of $6,100 and said this was for the minimal amount of rerouting and then the salesman went on to mention how outdated our bathroom was and for $18,000+ they would replace the shower, fix the leak and offered to put in a new vanity, that *we* would supply. Now, here is a good part. We then called a real “family owned” business, CRC Plumbing, and Charles fix our slab leak, without cutting into our tiled shower and without trying to up-sale us anything and he never even mentioned our outdated bathroom 😊. Charles completed the whole job in one day and charged us around one quarter of what the unreasonable $6,100 bid from the other company. He didn’t even need to reroute our pipes and he completed the whole job outside, not needing to go into and tear up the bathroom. Charles even worked us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed this done right away. So, if you are looking for an honest, friendly, reasonable, hard working, family owned business Charles, is your man (or soon to be your plumber). Thank you Charles! The Wauchopes

He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fair, and he always does a great job of explaining the issue and what the options are. I would never call anyone else.

It’s not surprising CRC has so many positive reviews. Charles is simply the best plumber I have ever used not only because he is always on time and very efficient, but because he really loves what he does and it shows. You can see the pride he takes in his work, he doesn’t cut corners - he looks for the right way and explains what he is doing in simple terms. We’ve had Charles install several faucets, fix leaky pipes and valves, and even in the sweltering heat he’s got a smile on his face. His pricing is very fair especially because you have the confidence that he’s doing high quality work.

Charles is the most professional plumber I've ever hired! I wanted somebody fast, and Charles booked for the next morning, then had an opening the same day, and knocked it out of the park! Charles is the most efficient and honest plumber I have ever met. And I've been separated from my money with quite a few over the years. CRC is family owned and he is bringing up his sons to work the trade as well. Now that I can admire these days! If you're in Thousand Oaks give him a call, I seriously doubt you'll be disappointed.

Charles was responsive when I called, I sent him a photo of what I was needing done and he continued to provide info. He texted me advising he had an earlier availability from what we originally scheduled which is always nice to have as option. His work was clean, he went above and beyond and I look forward to bringing him back to reinstall after my kitchen remodel.
